The Giving Mechanism
Every employee has a personal Finc Wallet, from which they can transfer peer to peer.
Employees can only give a maximum of 100 Fincs per week.

This person isn’t necessarily the one who received the most Fincs, nor the one who gave the most. Instead, they’ve achieved a balanced and consistently high level of both giving and receiving.
To earn the revered title of Culture Champion, the average of your given and received Fincs must be outstanding! which reflects your active role in nurturing a culture of recognition and connection.
